Someone please help answer if you can
Hey i want to fund my paypal acct with a prepaid visa and not give them my bank info. I only want to buy off ebay. So can i use like a vanilla visa or should i get a simon gift card? i have a netspend but the fees seem high. I have not activated it yet but if it will work so i can buy off ebay and fund paypal acct i might. Thanks for any advice i have been looking but it seems like everyone is trying to verify ebay accts i have that already i just want to fund my paypal acct both accts have good feedback and same addy. |
