Paypal Virtual Debit Card

I was reading through the pages of paypal. Found an interesting topic. They were having a beta version of virtual debit cards to the accounts. Just like a real cc basicly. Does anyone know any information about this when it ill be released to who n were? Only a handfull of people were picked for this beta test. Not sure how long ago it was.

I wouldn't mess with it if you want to use it for eBay. EBay and the companies they own are sharing information with each other. It's not a good idea give another way to link you.
