So when exactly does Paypal release holds after 21 days.. it has been 2 days now

So I had a paypal hold for 21 days now. The 21 days ended today at midnight and the funds is still pending..

When exactly does Paypal release the funds? It has been 21days and even Paypal says it will be released on this date....

Approx. 3 days after paypal confirms delivery or you receive positive feedback.

NAW, thats to release funds earlier then the 21 days.

The funds has been on hold for 21 days now. Dont they automatically release it after 21 dayss?

Nope, they might delay the release of those funds. For all you know, the account may still be under their watch.

Do you know that sometimes, accounts that get this 21 day hold, get a further review where they hold a % of the funds? Called a rolling reserve

so what should i do if its after the 21 days? and no i did not ship the product yet. The customer said he can wait

When in your account area click on the "pending" balance and it will tell you when it is due to be released.

If the date has passed I suggest you contact PP and ask.

paypal and ebay are a pain in the ass combination.

I've had paypal hold my money 8 days AFTER the 21 days and I had shipped everything to the buyer in the first 3 days with tracking confirmation..

Happy buyer, positive feedback and everything. Still held

That's weird. From my experience the only way that is automatic is when positive feedback is lefted. Never did the whole 21 day hold. The delivery is a little sketchy after it says delivered.

I have been getting it released on the 21 day mark. But not with delivery confirmation. The last few holds have seemed to have to ride out the full 21 days for me.
