Can I send money to an UNCONFIRMED Bank account?

I just got a payment in for 150 and i added my BOA account, it will be confirmed in a few days, is it wise to send the money out now without it being confirmed?

It is better to wait until you have confirmed your account!

This will reduce the chance of limitation/reversal or funds being returned to PP due to any issues on BOAs end.

As for the ? can u its Yes you can i have did it before in the past its like $500 limt though
