how the ... do you add a tracking number to paypal payment?

I swear I used to see an 'Add Tracking Number' at the almost bottom of my PayPal received payments. Now I just see the 'Print Shipping Label' one. Is there any secret way of adding them to PayPal payments? Or do you need to wait a few days or...?

I think there's a bug in PayPal's interface. The 'Add Tracking Info' button is gone on all my PayPal accounts. Other people have reported this on the eBay forums, too...
