Do a small order first. If everything goes well, order more. Don't send 1000's to a seller you don't know yet.

Definitely don't send too much money at first. Suppliers can be iffy. I've known suppliers that disappear after I send them, what they think are a big pay days. Then after all my emails, they randomly appear again just because they need me to sell their stock. Of course they give me huge discounts to work with them again and we work out new options. It's funny. I mostly wait until I receive the goods before I send money, but the one time I didn't, the guy wanted to screw me. He needs me, and I need him, so there is trust.

definitley never ever send a large amount to new supplier. As justme said start small then build the trust and make sure that the product is good.

Its easy to find suppliers but are you willing to part with thousands on your first or second transaction?
I find that you need to establish a healthy business relations with a supplier so that you could trust them.
Damn I would feel bad if I send say 1k and the prodauct was a no show.

amc 11-01-2007 09:15 AM

Chris Hanson always remenber what You said "Wholesaler huh... Most be them scammers in china"

Chris Hanson 11-01-2007 03:17 PM

Naw not the ones I find. I do extensive research on them before I buy. And I only deal with suppliers that accept paypal or credit card so if they dont send goods I can get my money back right away! And usually do big orders right away.

Aslo there are some people who will actually visit the business if its out of country. They will go visit and verify the business.

Never had a problem yet and I have sent thousands. Just dont pay by western union

Truthfully, i have tons of legit suppliers that i found of google.

Really its not that hard ti find them .

amc 11-01-2007 10:22 PM

Chris I don't want to be rude
its not that hard to find them but its hard to trust them

Chris Hanson 11-01-2007 11:16 PM

Very true, but its not hard at all when you pay with a credit card.. Chargebacks will make a supplier act right

amc 11-02-2007 02:40 PM

Chris is paypal chargeback work same like credit cards chargeback, is it sure %100 to get your money back

longisland88 11-02-2007 03:09 PM

it definitely is not as good as a creditcard chargeback. If the seller takes the money out of his PP before you open the claim then your out of luck. Verified paypal accounts have feedback scores though. They get a point each time they successfully complete a transaction so you have that to look at before you do anything with the seller.

Only your credit card is 99.9% effective as long as your chargeback is legit

Aaron868 05-19-2009 06:48 PM

You can start from small value. And if you haven't received your products you can get your money back from paypal .Best regards https://www.revenuecents.com/upload/...018/random.gif

If paying through Paypal, why not use the credit card option on the payment page. That way you can file a dispute through credit card.
