once i close my paypal account can there be negative balance?
i closed my paypal account today after a few negative feedbacks i know it will be shortly untill i get suspended for -98% feedback... i figured i do some experiments on the account.. i closed all disputes and closed my paypal account today... can there be any open disputes or negative balances on the account once the account is closed? i know there are some unhappy buyers that will open disputes sooner or later... any clue from anyone??? |
