Victim of Fraud! Please Help Urgently!!!
 

I urgently need your help!!!

I found a, what seemed to be, a very trusted guy on the internet!!!

They guy wanted me to post $2000 worth of items (consumer electronics), so, that's what I did ... I sent him the money via PayPal Mass Payment, and he hasn't sent the items and he isn't responding to my emails!!! It's been ages!!

What can I do? He has all the money, soon I'll have loads of disputes and a massive negative balance which I cannot put back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A few more details please...

Did you place an order through a website or how did you "purchase" these items?

Did the seller send you an invoice or request for payment through PayPal?

Are you saying that he "drop shipped" these items for you - that is, your customers paid you, and you then used their money to order the items from this guy, and he was supposed to ship them to your customers?

Either way, you should be able to file a claim with PayPal as a first step, but if you don't have evidence from the seller as to what he was supposed to ship you, you're fighting an uphill battle.
