what to do with authentic sale and paypal
 

Here is a problem i just had with paypal , i sold an authentic brought straight from best buy, still have original receipt dvd package. the person told them that it was not as described even though it was. Without letting me fax receipt, they told me they will let them return it. Now dvd cant be returned to store. My auction was a binding contract and now im stuck with this, any suggestioned. I want to hold paypal or this lying buyer liable. what should i do.
