Paypal Payments Pro

Was looking to set up a paypal payments pro account. I have corp but when go to set up the pro account they are still asking for a SSN. I have and EIN but still asking for SSN. How do I get around this on just setting it up.

I know my account looks new, but I have another account on here that has been here a long time. I just can not remember user name or the user name it was attached to.
