will My PP account be suspended in this case ?
 

First of all , i want to thank everybody for this great Forum.
my case is : my old eBay account got suspended like 1 year ago. i have now a PayPal account (2 year old created in the same time with the eBay account) not linked with the eBay suspended that i want to use it outside eBay marketplace for sale in my website. i changed and removed the email address and i sat up ph # and new address for that.
Will PayPal still limited my account because of that or no ?
no linking between them except first name and last name?

I have a good (knock on wood) ebay account 300+fb 100% rating that I set up over 2 years ago and used a paypal account that was used for several previously banned ebay accounts. I obviously cleared out all of the old email addresses having any association to the suspended ebay accounts before adding the new email that I used to set up the current account. Haven't had any incidents other than dealing with an ocassional dishonest buyer.
This has not worked for me however on a second PP account that I had. Accounts were constantly getting suspended for being linked to previously suspended ebay accounts.
If you read enough posts here you will quickly see that nothing works 100% of the time and that which works for one doesn't always work for another

The only thing that is consistent with ebay and Paypal 100% of the time is that they are never consistent 100% of the time

well thank you for your response, i just tested a PayPal account with the similar case above in my original post and i was able to transfer the money to my bank without any problem yesterday (now the status is completed) and i will wait for the money tomorrow in my bank account.
Just to clarify my case and my thread: eBay account suspended not linked to the PayPal account used now. i changed everything except of course the name.
both of the accounts are created in the same time (2 years ago)
