Paypal New account Verification question
I got a new paypal account just to buy. i had another one. that one's in perfect condition. i had it for over a year. But my ebay account was suspended.
so i got a new account for purchase. i also got a new paypal account, address was confirmed, i didnt confirm the bank yet. just a couple days later, they froze my account,,verify billing and ID.
my ebay account, i havent connected my CC to ebay yet. but my paypal has been linked. i bidded on a bunch of stuff, and the problem now is, i really want to buy from that same seller again, or id just make a brand new ebay and paypal account.
how should i pay for it? I wanted to get another paypal then link it, but i dont know if they'll freeze that one too. should i make a brand new paypal account and link it into the ebay account? and use my bank account or just forget about it? Do you think they'll freeze my account if i verify w bank? |
