Some way to get around it?

What if I just sell $200 a month... withdraw very late or just spend the $200 from paypal...?

My current paypal is limited permanently .. didnot do anything bad.. or sell vero.

Anyway to get a new clean pp account?

why does paypal ask for SSN?

Because too many accounts go negative, then wanna hold you liable if your account goes in red. Also for IRS reasons as well.
