Paypal Claim (Non recieved Item) PLEASE HELP
 
Hello,
I recently sold a Cellphone, the buyer agreed to get iot from china. However, He recently opened a PP claim (Not recieved Item) asking for a full refund.
He refuses to communicate, no answers to my several Emails.
As a result he get the phone and PP may refund him.

I have a Tracking # that shows that the phone is in Transit (Left China 3 days ago) I gave the tracking# to the buyer but he don't care, he escalated the dispute to a claim.
Now I'm wondering if PP will not limit my account if I give them an EMS (China) Tracking # ?

What should I do? Give a tracking, or refund the buyer to avoid PP limitation (I don't afford to loose this account)

Your advice will be very appreciated.

you need to provide some proof of delivery/tracking number to paypal. if the phone is more than $250 then you will need to provide a tracking so proves the buyer signed for the item. in that case your cleared up.

The tracking info will take care of this.

Make sure you check it yourself first to make sure it did arrive.

I put tracking on every single box no matter how much it is.

But since the tracking shows that the phone is "Dropshipped" from China, isn't this a red flag that can result in limiting my Paypal?
Also, the buyer havn't recieved it yet. He paid few days ago, then opened a PP dispute for Item non recieved, even it was stated in the ad that delivery can be expected within 7 to 10 business days.
I contacted him several time, but he did not respond me at all. You know that kind of stupid buyers who feel better when he causes troubles!!
