paypal took money after 180 day hold
 

paypal took my money after a 180 day hold right on the last day too. it was 300$. i looked in the history and it said paypal balance adjustment. what is that? no one has done a chargeback and my balance is a straight 0$. its like they just pocketed the change. anyone else have this problem?

I have never even heard of that. If I were you I would call them and find out what happened.

I have been through alot with Paypal, 180 day holds, limitations, and I always (eventually) got my money. Phone calls can do wonders if you go about them in the right way.

paypal has been applying a sort of penalty to some accounts with the 180 day hold. They deduct 'funds'. There's no notice from them & the account holder has no idea. Contact them and ask for a reason. Know of several people hurt like this:peace:

Do you get your money any sooner with the phone calls you make?

Some users said if you push the right buttons you can get funds released after just 60 days.

Any truth in this?

This is what pay pal has told me after 90 days they will review your account and if no one has filed a claim they will release the funds (fat chance).They released half of my funds to me and told me that im a high risk that im linked to numerous accounts and that i can get the rest of the funds out after 180 days ....
