Should names be the same?

Was reading stealth book.

Should the owner name of bank account withdrawing money from paypal THE SAME as the name of owner of paypal?

Can they be totally different? Any problem?

It depends on the bank.

Some banks don't care and others will shut you down in a heart beat if the names are off.

Which bank are you working with?

The good vs bad banks to use is noted in eBay Stealth.

I don't remember anyone having issues with Ally bank.
