Will They Limit\Link The New Account ?
 

I setup a new paypal account last month and connected it to my Visa debit card and Bank Account.

I generated alot of money on the account probably around £1,300 in and out.

They recently asked me to verify some information and to also give BUSINESS proof etc :eek:
They asked me to tell them what type of business etc i operate, so i clicked Charity/Non Profit hoping they would just be passive about this..

However few days later they limited the account ( only to stop me from closing it, i could still send/receive funds ) and they want me to give business proof etc. This is impossible as i make money over MSN by selling access to my IP address so people can watch TV.

I instantly removed my bank/visa from the account.

I am changing ISP on saturday and therefore will have a new IP address.

Do you think i will be ok to setup a new account with the Visa/Bank i used before ? As it is no longer linked to the old account because i deleted the card/bank from the paypal account.

No you will not be OK:
bank account should not be used again. Although removed by you, records still on paypal
Too much money coming into your account.
paypal will not like the lack of a business plan. Cant say what you are doing is fine either is this streaming?:rolleyes:

I've read on here that someone knows a friend from paypal, and for privacy reasons, once you delete your personal info from paypal - they no longer have the authority to hold/have access to the information.

I even created a new paypal before after mine got limited, opened a new bank and debit card - then linked it to the same ebay account i used with the old account with no problems :noidea:

You asked a question, I answered. I'm not going to give a yes answer just because that's what you want to hear.I'll say again you will have problems with your new account based on some of the facts you gave.

Ok thanks anyway i appreciate it. I will open the new account when i change IP. I have nothing to lose anyway, because as it stands i cant use paypal for much longer so may as well give it a shot :)

Which type of account should i open, personal premire business etc ?
