 How much PayPal actually holds "frozen" moneys?
Hi.I am too using paypal.
My story goes next:
in 2005 i earned some $300 from advertising and they were send to paypal account.As i was working in that country (UK) i decided to register it to UK.
After troubles began - paypal frozed my moneys.
And they are still frozen.
I added some UK Credit card - its been verified.
But my account still needs to have bank account in UK with Direct Debit.
So question is : Have anyone calculated approximate how much moneys that scammers hold from International Customers?
I bet its about 1-10 millions of dollars.
They call it identification or frozing or money on hold.
Usual peoples calls it stoling.
So what is difference betweence stoling and frozing - no difference at all.
Its same if policeman on street asked you to put anything out of pokets and show your ID , and if you don't have ID - he taked your moneys.
So in PayPal when i was registering NO ANY WORD WAS SAID ABOUT VERIFICATION AND THAT ITS REALLY NEEDED.
I WISH THEM DEATH!
