paypal link to ebay if they arent in the same country
 

if the ebay account is country A and the paypal account is country B,will ebay limit or suspend the account if you link that paypal to the ebay account or use that paypal to receive money?

for example,you link an us paypal account to an uk ebay account or you link a japan paypal account to an us ebay account

I don't think it'll be a problem. I've seen people do it before.

I just gave it a try. Made a US eBay account with an address in the US and linked a Japanese PayPal account to it. So far it works. In a few days I'll have the PayPal account verified and ready. I guess I could already start listing, though. Used the same name on both accounts, just a US address for eBay and a Japanese address for PayPal.

How do the currency translation works? Would if somebody pays me US funds to a Japan Paypal account?

I get all deposits in USD. After if I withdraw to a Japanese account, it's converted in Yen. But if I used a USD account, it would remain the same.

do you use japanese ip or us ip to use that us ebay account?

Rosanna, I asked that question about a month ago and never got a response. My thinking was to have an international ebay account with a US PP account to avoid the SS issue.

I use a US IP on the eBay account, also on the PayPal account for now.

I am just wondering how did you get your JP PayPal account verified. What type of card did you use? It would help a lot if you could let me know. I am trying to open another account but the Surname is locked and I can change it. Any help would be highly appreciated.
