What about a closed paypal account?
 

I just closed a paypal account. Will open a new one under a different name and other info. Can I use the same checking account / credit card that I used on the closed pp account? or do they keep that information?
Can they still use the information from that closed account to link my new account to a suspended ebay account?

I suspect the answer is- dont use the old checking act. / ccard act. but wanted to ask anyway.

HI- NO- all must be fresh/new-- you can maybe - go to your bank- open a savings acct- use that and get a debit card linked to the sav acct- but you still have the name problem/address/phone number...and DO NOT use the same ebay email address or old paypal email address
