Does potitive feedback matter in a paypal dispute. I remember someone saying they had lost a dispute even after the buyer had left them positive feedback. Has anyone experienced anything like this.

Not at all. It makes no difference to Paypal.

I've been wondering the same thing for months now because if I sell the item and buyer leaves positive feedback, there's NO WAY in hell I'm letting him win a dispute for " item not as described"
