PayPal balance goes in negative.

Hey, lately my account got suspended and stupid ebay send messages to every customer of mine to fill disputes and of course many of them started to open disputes in Paypal, luckily I withdraw from paypal $600.

My question is this, can paypal do anything to make me pay that negative balance if I have real information registered in paypal ?
