hi guys
coz paypal doesn't Support Egypt 'my country" i need to open an offshore Bank account in another country which paypal accept

What Country + bank do u recommend to open an offshore bank account in it ?

and it's correct that i have to login to my paypal account through VPN ?

which ebay country site are you intending to register on? US bank accounts are very difficult to get for non-residents but they work on a few different country sites.

VPN is very bad idea as ebay and paypal can often detect it and dont approve of them. You are better off simply managing an account from your Eygpt ip

Some country sites inc some in Europe dont need a bank to withdraw from paypal, you can just withdraw to virtual card, you would howver have to buy the account from someone or create it yourself on that country ip with that country address details

ebay country Is USA but not condition to be US paypal ! any other country .
i usually dont Confident of those people whom sell these accounts

This is a bank that has been reported to share info with paypal in the UK. Not good for stealth really :ranger:

I have one year with my Paypal and eBay accounts without any problem.I don't think they share information. I use a VPN service. Just in the begining around 2 months after I created the accounts paypal limited my account but they only asked me simple questions like: confirm my name,email and phone number to remove the limitation and I did it, next two days my account was back again and as I told you I have one year with zero problems.
