 PayPal Account suspension help
Hi, PayPal account was suspended for too many refunds! I phoned PayPal and sent many emails trying to explain that i only refunded buyers because PayPal asked me not to send the phone to buyer and on 2 occassions because PayPal lmited my account and i didn't know what to do. After the email PayPal from limited account suspended my account and this is fianl.
Can someone help me, this is a genuine account and my business started to do very well before PayPal on 2 occassions forced me to refund buyers.
Should i go to the small claims court and would i be able to ask PayPal for compenstion for forcing me to refund and now punishing me for that
