 headache with paypal
Hello everybody and good day!
this problem is my brother problem so i ask in here behalf of my brother.
he got some problem with paypal n hope all friends here can give some opinion. he got 4 paypal account. 3 account he use debit card to verified and 1 account he use vcc to verified paypal.
3 debit card paypal account not link to any ebay account. the other paypal (vcc) account he use to link with ebay account. the problem is, when he sell the fund from paypal vcc nothing problem happen. but if he sent to debit card paypal, always have a problem. the problem is either he dispute his self (paypal vcc dispute paypal debit card and for sure paypal do it not him) or his account will be limit.
i not really understand y this problem happen. the theory is same with paypal fund that i sell. but if he sell no problem. if transfer to his other paypal account got problem. so hope can get some tips from people in here. thanks.
