new stealth paypal, receiving payments question?
 

so i understand i can receive ebay payments but what if someone sends me a payment as a gift. will it get limited or no?

This isn't a yes or no question.


Paypal looks at many factors, and it's not as simple as receiving the payment as a gift.

Types of products, proof of shipping, amounts, RISK

if it is a new account and the money is for more than say $20.00 or so it is going to get limited. I know I have tried it before.

This is one of the most unpredictable subjects. If you're receiving many "Gift" payments in a short period of time you would be better off sending invoices.
Unless it's your real account then you can do whatever you want with it as long as it's legit.
Just make sure you send invoices, ship right away, wait for the item to arrive and upload a tracking number BEFORE withdrawing any amount.
