withdrawing money from paypal do i need a merchant?
 

I have international paypal account where i do not need a bank account to varify my account so that is not a problem, the problem i have is withdrawing money from my paypal accounts. I setup a paypal that had a bank account linked to it and was sending money from my stealth accounts to the 1 that had the bank account and was withdrawing this way now the paypal that had the bank linked to it is limited now i have no way of withdrawing money from paypal. I am not sure if there are merchant accounts available that will allow multiple payments from paypal accounts that i own? Can somebody please push me in the right direction as bills need to be paid soon and i have limited funds to pay them!! Thanks
