May I withdraw USD from my canadian PP account

hi, there

I have canadain paypal account, have *** USD and CAD
the paypal already link to my canadain dollar bank account

and I have USD bank account in canada

may I link the USD account to my paypal, and withdraw USD from my paypal account?( not convert to CAD)

I can exchange USD to CAD with a ratio much better than paypal( paypal charge me 3% and let me crazy)

or I have to go to USA and open a account, then link the USD account to my paypal

you can go to your rbc and open an in account with one of there us branches its called rbc access its very easy to do

The bank account has to physically be in the USA. Like bigmac said RBC can do this for you. It works well for me.
