Can I Verify MY Paypal bank card USING A pre=paid carD?
 

I am trying to lift the limits in a Paypal account by adding a CARd to the account. I already have a bank account in it, but now, could I use one of those Prepaid VIsa cARDS, I can buy at a Walgreens and vERIFY it? Would those cards give me an option as to adding a ADDRESS on file? Is there another way to add a card to the account and verify to the address I created on FILE which is not my own?

Yes you can use pre paid cards. I get mine from simons.com You can have the card sent to your email. takes about 2 days to get it. You can add any name or address to them. The stealth book gives you more opts to pick if you read it.
