New account - non verified. How can I withdraw money?

Hey my mom and mine both our accounts got limited.

I signed up using a diffrent laptop for my grand ma.

She doesn't have a bank account yet, hence the paypal acct is still unverified.

Is it safe to accepts payments to unverified acct? And how do I withdraw money out of my paypal while being verified. Is that possible?

It is recommend not to accept payments until the account is verified.

The bank account doesn't have to be in your Grandmas name, paypal cannot see the name on the bank account.
