Paypal Limited, but it still can receive money ?!
 

Hello,

I have a limited paypal account and it still can receive money... and he still receive money from auction selling.

Is it normal ?

I received the "reject appeal" mail... but it can receive money...

Any comment ?

When you have a limited Paypal account you can still receive payments but you can not send money or transfer money to your bank account. The only thing you can do is refund your buyers.
In the email from Paypal it should have a list of things they want to reconsider your account. What are they asking for? Sometimes it is just something real simple.

I have several linked accounts (3)

One of the 3 is dead (180 days lock, can't receive payment)

They ask me to wait.... but why they sent me the email "Rejected appeal" ?

The best thing to do now is to wait? or to begin a new safe account ?

Same thing happen to me. I created new account right away, even if they are gonna reinstate your account the risk of getting limited again is still high so it is better to just move on. =D

I just call, account is considered as close... but it still had received money today... (400 Euros) amazing

Just go ahead and refund those payments unless you want to take a chance they will not be reversed in the 180 days it is going to take to release your money.

Sometimes if they expect fraud you will not even have the option to refund. So they reverse the payment.

Contact they buyers and tell them somone hacked your old paypal and the closed it down so told them to refund. If they still want they item they should send to your new paypal, or use your google checkout or other payment method.

Paypal can restrict an account ,no money coming in and no money going out,but it can also restrict one way,money coming in but no money going out.
The one way restriction helps Paypal recover the money if you have a negative balance.
if some one sent you the money because he bought something from you,then you should ship the item with tracking.or you can refund him like the other suggested
