Prepaid Credit card to paypal transfer
 

it is possbile to transfert money paypal to credit card prepaid and transfert card preaid to my bank ?

That depends on which prepaid is used and which bank. Also, consider that the card you use pretty much needs to be the reloadable type. A gift card doesn't cut it.

PP has a blacklist for certain cards.

Some cards will accept inbound transfers, but will not transfer out directly to another bank. But an ATM withdrawal from the card and then deposited into the bank manually would easily cure that.

Can you not just remove the money from card at an ATM and just deposit into bank or whatever you wish? I'm not sure I understand the need for the extra step.

I believe ratz desires one extra layer of insulation for stealth purposes. If I understand his plan correctly, it isn't a bad idea.
