after we shipped the items he send message that i got the wrong person, he didn't pay for this item.
i was thinking this could be a fraudulant transaction, but let it go. now it is highly likely that this is.
now what can we do to minimize my loss? parcels are out and are not retrievable. if he charges back saying someone else hacked into his account, what can i do? |
