If you paid for the postage thru Paypal or uploaded the tracking number to Paypal when you shipped the item Paypal will release your funds 3 days after confirmed delivery regardless if Ebay removed the item.

i dont think he's a newbie i think its probly his first time useing usa paypal. Canada paypal dosent have holds.

Canada paypal does have 21 day holds!

They most certainly do have holds. Just like in the USA, aged accounts and low risk items do not have them.
