can buyer open paypal claim if...bid on 5 items/3 items more than valued??

This is a first for me and just want to know before I decide how to proceed....I have a buyer who bid and won 5 items of mine....3 of them she bid higher than the value of them...these auctions have directly to do with the value...without giving away my lovely selling secret,lol....should I mail each item off seperately with delivery confirmation or is it safe to mail all together? Basically I am wondering if she could claim item not received on some of them if I mail them all together???? Any advice....anything like this happen to someone else? I am really curious as to why she did that. It is very odd. Thanks!

Call your customer and talk to them. Whenever you have a feeling something is not right, the easiest thing to do is make a phone call.

After the phone call, I think you will have a better idea on how to proceed.

I've ran into this problem before sometimes ebay combines them together other times they do not. However when they do not I then just put the same tracking number into ebay showing that they were shipped together. If you can ship them together then do it. If you can afford to ship them separately then do that. I hope this helps GOOD LUCK!

Make sure the weight on the package makes sense.... Also compare the shipping fees with the costs of risk of losing the profit. I would ship in three separate packages... just for seller protection.

Good communication with your buyer will make sure this isn't a problem.

Depending on the value of the item if it is over $250 I would recommend signature confirmation. It does say on the Paypal transaction page that for items over $250 signature confirmation is required for seller protection policy. Signature confirmation only costs $1.95

Does anybody know if you sell an item in a lot and need to ship in 2 boxes how are you suppse to ship them using PayPal postage? Because PayPal will only let you print 1.

Paypal has a button somewhere at the very bottom in those small blue letters that says something along the lines of "launch paypals multi shipping service" which brings you to a place where you can enter in all the info from scratch instead of having it prefilled when you are shipping something to an ebay buyer by clicking on '"print shipping label". But I ususally use USPS.com if I need to do that. Good Luck! :)

Update; the items were all delivered today and she is bidding on my other items now, she is one of those that does not leave feedback, so I am hoping all will go well. If anything bad does happen I will be sure to post it here. Otherwise, everything went ok. Thanks again to everyone! :)
