Account Bank remove and use it
 
What appening if I remove my account bank from my paypal with a Ebay suspended and I use my account bank to payapl with my new paypal account ?

Are you planning on opening a new Ebay account with your new PayPal account?
One bank account for one Paypal account.
Your bank account info is already in their system. No matter what you do, you will link your new PayPal account to your old one and your suspended ebay account. They will suspend you again.
