How easy is it to set up a new Paypal account to sell with?
 

OK so my current eBay sellers account is showing high policy violations so I know I'm on the verge of being suspended if I continue selling with that account.

But I have lots of stock that I need to get rid of.

Sooooo I need to open a new Paypal account to attach to my new eBay account (my partner's buying account that he's been using for years).

As it's been literally years since I've opened a new Paypal account I have no idea what procedures are now used.

Can someone walk me through this please?

you want to attach a brand new paypal to an existing ebay? what about the paypal that is already attached, are you going to match up address details?

better to do an all new paypal/ebay pairing...

policy violations are ok, if you rest that account, you may be able to use it in a more gentle fashion in 3 months..
