Opened a new Paypal account can it be linked to old paypal account?
 

Fab forum - anyway to cut a long story short have just been suspended from Ebay for being linked to an old suspended account. Really brassed off as I've only ever had the one account, but it turns out that the old owners of our house had an Ebay/Paypal account and obviously didnt change the address' when they moved! Anyway, have managed to open another one and decided for some stupid reason that I wouldnt use my old Paypal account which has been fine, but to open another. Anyway just tried to pay for purchases and it redirected me to my New paypal account which told me it had been limited and I needed to verify stuff, however what do I do about the bank account issue - do I have to open another one - can i use my husbands account, and what really gets me is could I have continued using my old Paypal account by adding a new email address to it and would that have been okay - and can I still do it or I have it screwed it up entirely now and will paypal and Ebay link it together? Grateful for any assistance

First thing: did you change your IP address before you registered the new Paypal account? Did you clear cookies and flash? Did you create a new windows user account and switch user to that new windows account?

If not, they already linked you.
