Urgent! Paypal-Ebay order.. Ebay is Unable to process order with Simion Visa?

So i bought a simion visa to make a ebay purchase because they are not accepting my current cards because they are linked to too many paypal accounts,

But they are rejecting the order..

Does anyone know if its even possible to buy a $475 ebay item with $500 simion card?

Its partly urgent!
