i have receive payment in amount $1.4K <- no limitation in this step

im planing to send me money to another pp for withdraw in amount $1.2K <- still pending....

how much is the rate of limitation? everything is clear and legit.
money are at my account 1st pp right now and still i havent 'mark as shipped'

i have do it a few time. after u transfer, u only can withdraw $500 (that max withdraw pp give). after that, tomorrow or another tomorrow your account will be limit. :D

i have receive all of these money ! -$1950 send to different pp for cachout other are on my paypal.
the person who took responsibility to withdraw he did, he withdrawed!

what im trying to do, withdraw to my card! coz my country allow withdrawing but im not i should use my real CC with different name or entropay card.
