Question about Paypal

Well im not sure if anyone has asked this already..but if your paypal account has your bank account as its primary bank account will paypal ever take money from the bank account? like if theres a need for a refund and theres no funds in the paypal account at all?

Yes, paypal can definitely take money from your bank account. Some people say they aren't allowed to, but they still do!
