In need of help...
 

I sold a few intangible items on eBay in the beginning of December 2009. 6 Months later, I had 3 disputes put against me. (Possibly more coming, I'm not sure.) Paypal says they won't take the money back because it has been longer than 45 days but if I get 'excessive complaints' they can reopen said disputes.

Acting hastily, I removed my bank account from my Paypal. The bank account was closed around 4 months ago. It was linked to a 'main' account, that hasn't been closed. I was wondering if it were possible for them to charge the account that hasn't been closed.

When I joined Paypal and eBay I was a minor. The bank account that was closed was linked to my mother's account.

Any help is welcomed. Thanks a lot.

If it helps, the bank I had the account with was Wells Fargo.

It is hard to say ,You d better ask the coustomer of Ebay or Bank to solve your problem.

Paypal is such a scummy company they would try to charge anything they could if they are owed money. They got hit with the class action years ago for doing it. Don't know if they would do it now days after the lawsuit, but why give them a chance.
If it is not to much trouble, have your mom close her account or at the least go to the bank and ask them about putting a hold on all paypal withdrawals.
