Debit Master or Visa To Activate Paypal

So far so good my ebay account is active but i have one more hurdle i would like to know if Paypal Accepts Debit Visa or Debit Master Card Giftcards??

HI- You would have to get one where you could view the deposits on line, they are out there, and further explanation in the members area

Can i use my cell phone as my home phone and another mailing address close to me to activate a simon gift card or any other gift card??

HI- You activate Simon right on line- several hours after you place the order --the receiver (you again)- gets an email- follow the link to activate..
