sucking money out of a limited paypal account, i'm a leech...
 

Don't ask me how this works, or how I did it, or ...because I don't know it. A bit over a week ago one of my PayPal accounts got suspended with around $500 in it. No big deal for me, **** happens. I make more money with other accounts anyways. Was my mistake, I accepted a $300 payment on a brand new account. Since then PayPal asked me for drivers license, passport copy, etc. Of course I can't provide it, its under a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name. But I gave it a try anyways and tried to withdraw some funds. Guess what, it works. It says that the account is limited and I can't withdraw, but it let me withdraw $100. Once two days ago, once today. And the one from two days ago now shows 'Completed'. The one from today still 'Pending'. No idea what happened but my guess is PayPal forgot to hit a switch or something to prevent me from withdrawing. Until that happens, I'm gonna leech $100 out of it every day.

So my advice, when you're limited, try withdrawing anyways. It might just work :D

I tried it on another PayPal account that got suspended long time ago. Doesn't work there. I'm thinking PayPal needs to individually suspend the account, then hit a switch to disable users from withdrawing. Someone forgot that apparently...wish I could thank him/her :D

You could wait the 180 days. Or sometimes on a limited account paypal will still payments come in and allow you to refund. So you could list some auctions to bring more money in, refund to the people you already ship the stuff to and tell them your paypal is telling you someone try unsuccessfully to enter your account, and they set up this new one for you and to please send the payment there if they still want the item. It only worked on 2 of the 5 people I tried, but that was better then nothing.
Then tell the new ones you paypal has been hijacked and to file for a refund.
So end result is the new people get there money back, the people you already sent the items to get their money and the item and if they are happy will most likely resend you a payment or money order, and paypal eats negative balance in account.
