Close PayPal account linked to suspended eBay account and Open a new PayPal. Works?

My eBay account was suspended, linking to my PayPal account. I can't remove the PayPal account right since eBay prohibits my access.
I will to close my PayPal account linked to the suspended eBay account and open a new one with the same bank account.
Has anyone tried that? Does it work?

I will use the new Paypal account with another new eBay Stealth account.

If your setting up another Paypal account you must use a different bank account number if it has been used on another Paypal account.

I think you also need to use a different IP address as I set up a completely new paypal account with different cds, and st up a new ebay account and they suspended that account and I had not even used it, as well as my active account.

I have a new paypal account but I want to use my bank detail that I used in my old paypal account that was linked to my ebay account that has been suspended.

I have close the old paypal account if I include my bank details in this new one will I be suspended?

@ray EVERYTHING must be new. Old can not ever be used again to stay stealth successfully.

@rejanesp, NO. Bank account used on a paypal account can never be used again.

what if you make a new paypal with the same( your name) name and ssn as the one linked to the suspended ebay, but you provide a new bank account address etc. will ebay link you to the old paypal?

The most dangerous word is LINK. If you use anything from an old account, like you just suggested, you are linking the new account.

And that means bye-bye to the new account. You have to learn this quickly.
Old means link. Link means new account gets lost too

Here is other question

1st account I was verifed but my name was incorret. They used my second name as my first name and my last name was correct.

If I open a new account if my real first name and my last name will it have the change to be linked?

Yes, you are asking for problems by going that way. Make a new you for your paypal/ebay. Your bank account will be in your real name as paypal does not see the name. Is that what you are worrying about?

First of all, Paypal asks for an SSN number. Do you have to use a valid number or can it just be made up? Second, doesn't Paypal ask for the name on the bank account? Can that just be made up or does one need to create a business account? I ask because I have a very uncommon name. Think I'm the only one in the country with it. Thanks.
