So far paypal has limited 3 of my accounts.

I am a lawyer i know my way around paypal. or i thought i did. I used all those accounts for a decent amount of time before paypal limited those accounts.

is there a permeant solution to this limitation. because i have many collector items from my teenage years i need to get rid off.

i guess one can use the help of proxy serivces to operate paypal from the same computer that previous accounts were limited.

i am guessing fresh computer(ip address), fresh bank account, Random address, random phone number is all i need to do again?
and stay under the radar this time. no big amounts.
