paypal issue
 

OK, so I'm creating a new Ebay account. It asks me to select a payment method for my monthly fees. I select paypal. I'm redirected to the paypal site. I see where it says "Paypal users login" and click it. I login with my existing paypal account credentials. Then I get this form for adding a new credit or debit card. I don't want to. I already have a credit associated with that paypal account. But, there aren't any other options. I try adding the card again into that pesky form. It tells me, as I thought, that this card is already in use and that I should enter another card. At this stage, I'm just saying "piss off" and to hell with ebay.

Sounds like you already used the card with another paypal, maybe?

Sounds like your current card is a Gift Card that they retroactively blacklisted, or it has expired.
