Finding an Transaction
 

Hello,
About 6 months or so, i closed an paypal account that i was not using and now i need to find a transaction i placed with that account. I still have the email address i use for that account, when i try to log in or do a forget password paypal says something like no account found with that email address. Any way to log into that account or find that transaction that i am looking for?

The reason why i need to find that transaction is because i originally paid for a piece of software and now the company states that i never ordered from when i know i used that paypal account that was attached to that email

The only way is if you called paypal and asked them.

No other way easy way to do it? I think it might be easier if i can just access that once closed account and go thru the history since i dont remember the exact payment address or the company number.
