Paypal and Ioffer, what did I do wrong

A Cop Huh, Selling DVD's on ioffer cause you didn't wanna "Mess With Ebay" Thats Pretty Good.

As for Paypal, you already gave them the info they wanted including invoices, at this point give the the other things that they ask for, you already "crossed the Line" with that Program you Downloaded so use it now, just don't give them different invoices for the same items.

There is No Special way to create a Paypal account for ioffer, they are ALL the same.

As for not geting limited again, Probally won't happen again, the next step for Paypal if they get Whiff of foul play (ioffer itself is a Pretty BIG Whiff) is a "Parting our ways" Letter.

I provided all the correct info and submitted all the documents, invoices etc.

which paypal accept it and im still limited after one month with $300 in the account

food 4 thought, iOffer is worse, I used to sell there and had over 400 feedback and forgot to pay my fees but then when i did they permanently suspended me
