 Link eBay to PayPal with VCC?
So, I'm trying to link eBay to PayPal. I bought a vcc and when I added it to my new PayPal account i got this message;
" This credit card has been denied by the bank that issued your credit card. For details on why your card was denied, please contact your credit card issuer's customer service department. Or, you may want to try adding a different credit card."
At the bottom of the page there is a line that says," For your protection, we need to confirm your card's billing address." 
***I've edited this post. Turns out the bank's terminal was down for a bit. Seller of the vcc was very helpful, that's why I like to refer to this place when stupid stuff happens!:D****
